We accept commercial insurance and verify benefits during intake (no Medicaid). Before you begin, we’ll walk through your coverage, any required authorizations, and any expected out-of-pocket costs. If your plan includes deductibles or co-pays, we’ll explain how they apply to evaluations and therapy sessions.

Transparent Pricing and Payment

We’ll provide a clear fee schedule for pediatric speech and language evaluations and 30-minute therapy sessions. Payment is due at the time of service unless your plan indicates otherwise. We accept major cards and can process HSA/FSA payments for eligible services.

Out-of-Network and Superbills
